The Chase Home is looking for Residential Case Manager's to make a difference in the lives of youth who have experienced trauma and significant emotional and behavioral challenges. Join a dynamic and caring team of professionals implementing a trauma- informed care model.
How You Will Make A Difference:
Support youth in developing the skills they need to successfully transition home to families.
Teach age appropriate life skills, coping skills, and social skills through modeling, building therapeutic relationships, and behavioral management.
Participate in groups and activities designed to enhance youth growth and development and stabilize behaviors.
Participate in both on-site and off-site recreational/educational/trust-building activities.
Maintain a living environment for youth that is safe, clean, stable, and supportive both physically and emotionally.

3 day work week, 12 hour shifts
Primary Case Management:
Spend time building rapport with youth doing recreation activities or go out to dinner
Provide oversight of resident's individual needs such as clothing, behavioral plans, and advocacy
Qualifications:
Be at least 21 years old
Prior experience working with youth
An Associates degree with at least 12 credits in the field of human services
Bachelor's degree Preferred
Full Time Schedules Available:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 10am - 10pm, one rotating On Call day
Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10am - 10pm, one rotating On Call day
Hourly Rate: $23-$25 based on experience
$1 shift differential on weekends
Some Holidays Required at time and a half
Salary : $23 - $25
