Executive Assistant – Technology, Digital Strategy & Operations ManagerPosition Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant/Operations Manager to support executive leadership while managing digital operations, social media presence, software tools, and website updates. This role blends executive-level administrative support, and daily operations with creative, technical, and strategic digital responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working across technology platforms, digital marketing tools, and web-based systems while managing daily business operations and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
· Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements
· Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials
· Act as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and vendors
· Track deadlines, priorities, and follow-ups
Technology & Software Management
· Manage and optimize software platforms (CRM, project management, scheduling tools)
· Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with IT support as needed
· Research and recommend technology tools to improve efficiency
· Maintain digital filing systems and cloud-based documentation
Social Media & Digital Presence
· Manage and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Assist with content creation, captions, and brand-consistent messaging
· Monitor engagement, analytics, and audience growth
Website & Design Support
· Update and maintain company website content (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar platforms)
· Coordinate website design updates, landing pages, and basic UX improvements
· Upload and format content including blogs, images, and videos
Operations & Project Support
· Track progress and deadlines for marketing and technology projects
· Assist with process documentation and workflow optimization
· Interact with staff as operations manager, keep data and statistics, and present findings to executive team
· Interface with bookkeeper, accountant, attorney and other business professionals
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
· Strong proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
· Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools
· Familiarity with website platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, etc.)
· Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, Figma preferred)
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
