Responsibilities
- Work directly with buyers and sellers to guide them through the real estate process
- Show homes and support clients through property tours
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients
- Provide timely communication and market expertise
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Participate in weekly coaching, trainings, and team meetings
- Track activities and performance in PLACE Technology
- Commit to ongoing skill development and script practice
Qualifications
- Active real estate license or license being obtained
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive, professional, and coachable attitude
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow production
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Comfortable with significant time spent driving and in the field
- High school diploma or equivalent required
