Position Summary

This team member will maintain, install and repair production equipment and maintain the facility. Perform repairs in one or more areas with little or no supervision per service manuals and manufacturer’s specifications. Install wiring for new machinery and professionally replace electrical components.

Install

Install, troubleshoot, maintain and repair electronic controls and equipment that require advanced technical knowledge including switches, controls, central and subsidiary control panels on machine tools and welding equipment, as well as circuits on welding machines, paint equipment, shot blasters and other process equipment. Diagnose and remedy electrical problems on all electrical apparatus including communications equipment, power circuit, motors, and generators.

Work from oral and written instructions, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings and codebooks. Generate work orders, edit and complete them. Will be trained in - Parts ordering and issuing procedures, Operation of Ariel Man lifts, Scissor Lifts, Lockout Tag out Policy and program.

Must demonstrate excellent PC, oral and written communication skills. Must be able to use Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work with detail, accuracy and timeliness.
