This internship will provide you with experiential learning opportunities such as, day-to-day experience working in the field, special project ownership and formal presentation opportunities. You will also have the opportunity to learn from associates and leaders in your field of interest, including Executive Leadership. You will be assigned a mentor that can provide both industry and career advice.

Gain a strong understanding of how your area of study can be applied in a Manufacturing Environment through training, process shadows, on the job experience. Develop and strengthen competencies required for your internship. Take ownership to identify trends and recommend solutions within your area of focus. Develop conflict resolution and relationship management skills. Remain current with industry and macroeconomic trends by reading publications. Must be a self-started and highly motivated.
