Primary Area: Non-Welding Heavy Metal Fabrication (i.e., Heavy Assembly) Other Areas as needed: Pre-Fab (Laser Operator, Brake Press), Prime/Prep, Final Assembly

• Work as part of a team to keep production moving efficiently.

• 1 year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements:

The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent interruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur. It requires wearing safety glasses (provided) and other required personal protective equipment.

• 1 year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools, tape measures, and reading blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
