Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent state licensure.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Demonstrated experience in community outreach and program development.
- Strong knowledge of social service systems, community resources, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including underserved and marginalized communities.
- Familiarity with grant writing and fundraising to support social programs.
- Proficiency in data management and program evaluation tools.
- Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages in the U.S.
- Experience with trauma-informed care and crisis intervention techniques.
- Lead and manage a team of social workers and outreach staff to deliver high-quality social services and community programs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate outreach strategies to engage diverse populations and address their social needs.
