We're partnering with a leading plastics manufacturer to identify a Plant Manager to lead a 24/7 manufacturing operation with more than 125 employees. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while developing a strong, accountable leadership team.
Success in this role requires a visible, hands-on leader who thrives on the manufacturing floor and knows how to develop people, build accountability, and successfully lead change in an established manufacturing environment. Experience in plastics manufacturing is required. Candidates with a strong Lean mindset, a structured, process-driven leadership style, and the ability to influence teams while driving operational excellence will be especially successful.
We're looking for someone with:
- Plant Manager, Operations Manager, or Manufacturing Manager experience within plastics manufacturing
- Proven success leading organizational and cultural change
- Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
- Experience developing frontline leaders and building accountability
- A structured, process-oriented leadership style with strong operational discipline
- A visible, hands-on leadership presence on the manufacturing floor
- Plastics manufacturing experience required; extrusion experience is a plus
