Key Responsibilities
- Manage and conduct funeral services with professionalism and empathy.
- Supervise staff scheduling, service preparation, and client communication.
- Maintain regulatory and safety compliance across all functions.
- Provide staff coaching and development support.
- Support preneed referral processes and client family follow-ups.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and internal operations.
Qualifications
- Current Michigan Funeral Director and Embalmer license required.
- Valid driver's license and comfort with lifting up to 150 lbs.
- 3 years of experience in funeral service.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and administrative skills.
