Your Role

• Ensure Comfort & Safety: Regularly maintain guest rooms and areas to guarantee guest comfort and a safe working environment for all.
• Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Use your technical skills to diagnose and repair issues efficiently, ensuring smooth operations.
• Guest Satisfaction Champion: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, resolving any issues to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Grounds & Maintenance Support: Assist with the upkeep of the grounds and mechanical areas, ensuring they are safe, orderly, and clean.
  
  

What We're Looking For

While a high school diploma with technical or vocational training is preferred, and hotel experience is advantageous, it's your general knowledge in carpentry, painting, and electrical work that will set you apart. We seek effective communicators who can work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with the Kemper Insurance Red Tag System and the ability to drive a pick-up truck are bonuses. Be prepared for physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
