Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information
- Curiosity and willingness to ask questions
- Data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau), statistical or process improvement knowledge, and prior internship or coursework in financial services preferred but not required
- Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Accounting, MIS, Industrial Engineering, Risk Management, or related fields
