What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Information Data Manager position at Charter Success Partners?
Charter Success Partners is seeking a highly organized and motivated Student Information Manager to join our team. As an SIS Manager, you’ll play a key role in the management of student data, while representing the presence of the greater CSP team to our charter school clients. This role is highly interactive with team members and our clients via email, chat, Google Meet, and phone. The SIS Manager will receive 3-6 months of training in person in Durham, NC when hired, then will have the ability to work primarily remote thereafter with the ability to work in the Durham office when requested.
Key Responsibilities
- School-wide student data management in Infinite Campus and Google Drive
- Running student reports using Infinite Campus and Insights
- Tracking applications and assisting with school lottery processes
- Tracking and managing student enrollment, including high levels of communication with administrators
- Managing student scheduling
- Quick and reliable communication with CSP team members and school administration
- Working actively and collaboratively with CSP’s SIS team remotely via Google Meet, Gmail, and Chat
- Other duties as assigned by CSP

What we’re looking for
- People Skills - warm and intentional conversationalist, professional and timely correspondence with team members and clients, frequent collaboration with team members via Google Meet
- Previous experience - Student data management for a charter school, competency in navigating and working with Google Work Suite Apps, previous training in Infinite Campus, or at least proven ability to quickly learn new technologies

- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of personal responsibility and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
