Compliance Manager

Charter Success Partners is seeking a highly organized and motivated professional to join our team. As a CSP Service Manager, you will assume a pivotal role within one of our service departments, serving as a primary liaison with our charter school clients and embodying our company’s core values. This position requires expertise in both customer relationship management and operational execution, necessitating the ability to connect client needs with the proficiencies of our team. CSP endeavors to provide North Carolina Charter Schools with security and peace of mind by delivering our promise of exceptional operational support to school administrators and boards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Quick and reliable communication with CSP team members and school administration
• Active listening and discernment in conversations with clients
• Organizing and maintaining client data
• Tracking projects, ensuring accurate and timely deadlines are met
• Staying up to date with State and Federal Compliance Regulations for Charters
• Working actively and collaboratively with CSP’s team members
• Other duties as assigned by CSP

Job Type: Hybrid, Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM. 

Note: In-person training is required for the initial 3 months. During this time, the employee is expected to work onsite at our Durham office building from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $65,000 - $77,000 per year, dependent on experience
