As a CNA/HHA, you are a primary support provider to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Daily Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers
- Observe and report changes in condition
- Follow care plans and documentation procedures
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Work closely with nurses and care team
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts CNA or HHA certification (required)
- Assisted living, home care, or long-term care experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach
