We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and versatile Evening Float to join our team at our warm and welcoming assisted living community. If you're someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a team environment, and values a meaningful work experience, we would love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Dining Room Support:
- Serve meals to residents in a friendly and respectful manner
- Bus and reset tables efficiently between meal services
- Front Desk Duties:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Greet residents, family members, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Facility Support:
- Perform general cleaning tasks to help maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with miscellaneous duties to support various departments as needed
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to multi-task and remain organized in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or senior living (preferred but not required)
