Pay range: $122,000 - $170,000

Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
- Minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience as a controller in a healthcare setting is required
- Behavioral health settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with accounting software, Word, Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Manage the general ledger, month-end close, and financial statement preparation accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review budget reports and forecasts
- Prepares corporate required reports timely and accurately
- Supervise accounting staff and provide mentorship and training, and supervises other departments as assigned
- Maintain internal controls and assist with audit processes
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial objectives and improve processes
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance metrics, reporting variances and recommending improvements
