The Role

You will operate state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality specialty films. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.

Schedule: Day shift hours, Monday-Friday schedule

What You'll Do

• Supervise warehouse employees driving safety, engagement and performance to meet daily KPI’S
• Motivate warehouse team through positive reinforcement while managing daily tasks
• Drive accountability and sets department standards and expectations
• Allocate resources to deliver set deadlines and department needs
• Verify, inspect, and mark inventory items received with appropriate stock numbers and locations regularly
• Resolve receipt issues with suppliers over damaged goods, shipments, etc while working with quality
• Perform assigned Raw Material and FG inventories achieving department expectations
• Ensure warehouse aisles, open spaces remain clean/organized
• Manages delivery schedule with capability of filling in all roles when necessary
• Ensure all warehouse paperwork is filed according to CNG standards
• Lead all cross-training initiatives ensuring workforce flexibility

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

• 3 years of warehouse distribution experience or related field required
• 1 year experience leading teams / supervising in production or warehouse settings across multiple shifts
• Prior experience of tracking orders and meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated experience in managing performance in a Lean manufacturing or industrial environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to successfully multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience inspecting quality and escalating when needed
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Salary:

• Wages starting from $27.00 - $42.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
