Role Description
Our Sales Manager, will be primarily responsible for leading and developing high-performing team of sellers across key customer segments. Day-to-day tasks include driving revenue growth, improving sales effectiveness, ensuring consistent execution of our commercial strategy. They will help identifying new sales opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and monitoring sales performance. Additional responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, analyzing market trends, and working closely with other departments to align strategies and drive customer satisfaction.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Sales Development Reps across all markets and focus on case good channel
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and 1:1's to drive accountability and deal progression
- Lead monthly performance reviews and quarterly business reviews
- Provide coaching on discovery, pricing, negotiation, and close strategy
- Own territory assignments and ensure balanced coverage across high-potential accounts
- Support reps in prioritizing accounts and focusing on high-value opportunities
- Partner with sales enablement to roll out the sales playbook, messaging, and training
- Ensure CRM (HubSpot) compliance and clean data inputs across the team
- Track leading and lagging KPIs: activity, pipeline, win rates, revenue, and margin
- Maintain accurate forecasts and flag risk/upside to leadership
- Work closely with Marketing on lead quality, inbound follow-up, and campaign feedback
- Coordinate with pricing and product teams to escalate market feedback and pricing needs
Qualifications
- Frontline sales management experience, strong coaching instincts, and a builder's mindset
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
- Experience managing full-funnel sales processes and coaching complex deals
- Strong understanding of market trends, sales forecasting, and strategy development
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills, motivator, and culture-builder
- Leadership and team management experience with the ability to motivate and inspire
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, pipeline metrics, and accountability frameworks
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to interface with colleagues and customers at all levels by virtue of professional competence, integrity and personal style
- An independent, driven, self-motivated, passionate professional who has an exceptional personal work ethic with attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the cabinetry or furniture industry is a plus
