About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of sellers across key customer segments. This newly created role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving sales effectiveness, and ensuring consistent execution of our commercial strategy.
The ideal candidate brings frontline sales management experience, strong coaching instincts, and a team mindset. You will own day-to-day performance management and play a central role in establishing a disciplined, accountable, and insight-driven sales culture.
