The ideal candidate will possess prior experience including 3 years working in Class B or higher apartment communities, managing all aspects of the leasing experience having a high school education. No certifications are necessary.

- Maintain occupancy targets
- Negotiate leasing agreements
- Manage resident relationships
- Oversee the accuracy of leasing documents [completion | communication | storage]
- Ensure property appearance meets the highest standard
- Facilitate move ins and outs
- Contribute to the use of signage and media channels efforts to ensure leasing goals are met
