IT Support Specialist (Onsite – Contract)
📍 Location: Tucker, GA 30084
🕒 Duration: 6 Months
🕘 Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Overview:
We’re seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for end users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting applications, installing/upgrading software, and assisting users with day‑to‑day IT needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite and phone-based technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues
- Install and upgrade PC software
- Support daily IT operations and application usage
- Communicate with users and management on system issues and resolutions
- Assist with basic user training and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of hands‑on experience in:
- IT support / system or network administration
- Application support or end‑user training
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
Additional Details:
- Full-time, onsite role
- Local travel may be required
- Background check required
