Hybrid role: Resource is required to come into Baltimore or Columbia Maryland office 1 - 3 times per month.

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including meeting diversity and other recruiting goals. Utilizes various sourcing strategies and resources; builds networks through social media, job boards, employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs. This position acts as a trusted advisor to candidates and hiring managers. May travel to various sites to facilitate recruiting events.

Required Experience / Skills:
Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience recruiting for IT Roles, need someone with extensive entire recruitting lifecycle experience.
Prior staffing industry experience required
Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing candidates.
Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify passive talent.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate recruiting documentation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates while managing multiple competing priorities
