Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Electrical Technician. The Electrical Technician will be responsible for conducting electrical installs, troubleshooting electrical issues, and managing electrical maintenance tasks. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting, testing, repairing, and maintaining electrical equipment, ensuring that all electrical systems operate efficiently and safely. The role requires regular documentation and reporting of maintenance activities and findings. The role requires good people skills & good communication skills
Qualifications
- Proven skills in dealing with the public, people skills is a must.
- Electrical Installation skills, Maintenance skills and Electrical Equipment knowledge is a must.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and handling Electrical Equipment up to a 480v
- Background in Electrical Installation on residential and small commercial is required.
- Excellent problem-solving, computer skills and analytical skills are required.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus
- Electrical Related Certifications or Degree is preferred
- Must be willing to take continued education for code compliance every code cycle. (3 yrs)
- Must have taken a resent code class or be willing to take an updated code class to stay compliant
