Processing Technician | 1st shift | $22.50/hr

• Operate saws, lathes, mills, and inspection equipment
• Make minor machine adjustments as needed
• Complete production, order, and shipping paperwork
• Perform quality checks before customer shipment
• Move and store material using forklifts and cranes
• Load customer trucks and organize inventory using FIFO
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety, environmental, and ISO procedures
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (we can help with our GEDworks program!)
• 6 months manufacturing or machining experience
• Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math
• Experience with measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometers)
• Forklift and crane experience (or ability to be trained)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, and hand use
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Ability to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
