HowYou'llMake an Impact
- Identify, recruit, and develop qualified Value-Added Reseller partners to expand Spectrum's reach and generate new revenue
- Prepare and execute strategic sales plans and campaigns targeting Fiber and Complex COAX sales withValue-Added Resellers
- Organize and conduct training programs for Value-Added Resellers to ensureexpertisein Spectrum business class products and services
- Develop and implement communication strategies with partners to drive market awareness, promote new products, and activate sales incentives
- Provide comprehensive sales support byassistingpartners in closing business, serving as a single point of contact, and engaging resources for complex deals
- Monitor sales trends and resolve challengesimpactingValue-Added Reseller performance
- Participate in industry events to cultivate new business opportunities and strengthen relationships within the channel

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field or equivalent experience
Experience
- 5-8 years of sales experience
- 5-8 years of indirect sales channel marketing experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write,speakand understand English
- Demonstrated skill in prospecting and managing Value-Added Reseller relationships
- Proven success in selling Voice (PRI, VOIP Applications), Data (TDM, DS3,OCx, Ethernet services), and managed services
- Extensive knowledge of equipment vendors including Juniper, Alcatel-Lucent,Ciscoand others
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
