HowYou'llMake an Impact

• Develop relationships with property managers and residents to promote Spectrum products and services
• Achieve monthly sales goals by generating new leads and increasing sales volume in assigned MDU properties
• Engage customers through door-to-door visits, lobbyeventsand consistent follow-up
• Assistexisting customers by introducingadditionalservices to generate incremental revenue
• Resolve customer concerns according to Spectrum policies, ensuring issues are followed through to completion
• Maintain awareness of competitor activity and share market insights with management
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to strengthen your knowledge and skills
• Accurately complete sales documentation and handle customer funds in alignment with company guidelines

Working Conditions

• Spends approximately 80% of time in outside environment for extended periods of time in any season with potential exposure to inclement weather
• Must be able to lift 10-20 pounds for 20 - 30 feet (digital boxes, etc.)
• Exposure to moderate noise levels
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• Variable hours: may include weekends, holidays, and split days off
• Walking door to door for extensive periods through local communities

Required Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Experience

• 1 years of experience in sales or customer service

Skills

• Knowledge of cold call sales skills, persuasion, and clear communication skills
• Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories and companyfacilities using a reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to work outside for extended periods in any season and/or during inclement weather
• Familiarity with computer operating systems, a myriad of consumer and commercial communications devices (e.g., PDAs, smartphones, routers, modems, converters, and wireless devices), and computer software applications
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record within Company required standards

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

• 2 yearsofsales or relevant work experience

Skills

• Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on data networking fundamentals
• Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services
• Experience with consumer education of products and services
• Success ina previoussales position,prospectingor cold calling; direct sales experience is preferred
