JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for Coaching and development of a team of Sales Supervisors in a fast-paced, dynamic Call Center Sales environment. Accountable for meeting and exceeding established sales goals.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Professional and highly motivated Manager with strong sales coaching and developmental experience in a fast-paced, dynamic Call Center Sales environment.
- Motivate a team of individuals to meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Developnew salesstrategies within the call center to maximize opportunities.
- Ensures that company revenue goals are met and exceeded in all areas, including connects, upgrades andadditionalrevenue generating units (RGUs).
- Daily monitoring of activities to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Daily monitoring of individual and team sales performance.
- Establish andmaintaininterdepartmental relationships to ensure alignment on all Charter Communications initiatives.
- Candidates must haveabilityto work in a pay for performance and structured environment and respond to customer/employeeinquireswithina timelyperiod.
- Handle all customer complaints and escalations asrequired.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Ability to read, write,speakand understand English
- Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services
- Ability to work variable hours
- Ability to work a five-day work week which must include one weekend day
- Bilingual: Spanish Required
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experiencerequired
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Call Center Management Experience - 5
Call Center Sales Manager experience - 1
