Role Summary:
- Support the PiNxt team by proactively chasing down answers, closing actions, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders across engineering, product, operations, and vendor partners.
- Serve as the central point for task tracking, status updates, and follow-through to ensure commitments are met and issues are resolved.
- Grow into a full-fledged Project Manager, ultimately managing multiple projects end-to-end within the PiNxt portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive follow-ups: Own action items, deadlines, and dependencies; relentlessly pursue updates until closure.
- Coordinate stakeholders: Schedule and facilitate meetings, capture decisions, assign owners, and confirm next steps.
- Track and report: Maintain task lists, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and weekly status reports.
- Document rigorously: Keep project documents current (plans, timelines, meeting notes, decisions, action registers).
- Escalate thoughtfully: Identify blockers early and route to the right leaders with clear context and recommendations.
- Standardize workflows: Help implement lightweight processes and checklists to improve speed and consistency.
- Data hygiene: Ensure trackers/boards accurately reflect reality; reconcile discrepancies quickly.
- Communication: Craft concise updates tailored to different audiences; summarize complex information clearly.
- Continuous improvement: Gather feedback and suggest ways to streamline coordination and delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Science, or Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated “go-getter” attitude: proactive, persistent, and comfortable owning outcomes.
- No prior professional experience required.
Tools and Platforms:
- Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Project, Planner, Loop
