The base pay for this position generally is between $120,800.00 and $214,200.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

Ready to drive impactful human resources strategies at Spectrum? Lead the implementation and management of policies across recruitment, employment, employee relations and equal opportunity, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with company goals. Serve as a trusted advisor, evaluating and resolving complex HR issues in a fast-moving environment while supporting a geographically dispersed workforce. How You'll Make an Impact
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring Spectrum policies are consistently administered
- Guide managers and supervisors with consultative support to resolve escalated employee issues
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal employment laws to minimize risk
- Direct recruiting and staffing processes, designing employee retention strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage organizational change and participate in enterprise-wide initiatives
- Oversee payroll processing, commission reporting and maintenance of HRIS database
- Hire, train and develop direct reports while managing departmental expenses and budget planninge.

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or organizational behavior or related field or equivalent experience
Experience
- 8-10 years of Human Resources experience
- 5 years of management experience

- Project planning, management and leadership
