Charter/ Coach Bus Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Charter Bus Driver to join our team! Responsibilities

• Safely operate charter buses, school buses, for various client groups, including school children, seniors, and community members.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every trip.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, seating arrangements, and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine mechanical checks to ensure optimal operation.
• Manage behavior and ensure safety protocols are followed by all passengers during trips.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and emergency responders when necessary.
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage logs, and vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with Class B with Passenger Endorsement
• Must Have 3 years of experience in bus driving or commercial driving
• Clean MVR
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus for serving diverse communities.
• Excellent behavior management skills to maintain order and safety on board.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively while ensuring passenger safety.
