We are seeking a motivated and reliable Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, transferring products between warehouse locations, stocking and conducting inventory counts, and performing general warehouse duties with heavy use of excel and performing physical labor task. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations and maintaining inventory accuracy.

What You Will Do
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other equipment
- Transfer products between main and storage warehouses
- Receive and put away inventory accurately
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory records
- Identify and resolve recurring stock-out issues
- Drop off and pick up parts/materials from vendors
- Coordinate repair and restocking of used parts
- Evaluate items for stock vs. non-stock status
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate PPE
- Provide excellent internal customer service and promote teamwork
- Frequent: Foot and hand use, reaching, sitting, standing, lifting up to 60 lbs
- High School Diploma or GED (we can help through our free GED works program!)
- Ability to read and understand instructions and measurements
- Basic math skills
- Excel and Microsoft office
- Forklift operation experience
- Minimum 6 months experience in Warehouse or related field
- ISO experience or training preferred
