You’ll lead product demonstrations, manage technical evaluations, answer complex workflow and integration questions, and ensure prospects feel confident in both the technology and its real-world impact.

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $130,000 – $160,000 per year.

You'd Be a Great Fit, If You Have
- 4-8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical pre-sales.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare informatics, computer science or a related field.
- A willingness to come onsite 5 days a week at the Charta Health Headquarters in San Francisco, CA (preferred).

- $80,000-150,000 base and $160,000-300,000 USD OTE, based on experience equity benefits
