You'd Be a Great Fit, If You Have
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Customer facing roles, or internships in the B2B Saas space.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A highly motivated, competitive, and resilient mindset.
- Interest in healthcare, AI, or startup environments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Coachability and eagerness to learn and improve.
- A willingness to come onsite 5 days a week at the Charta Health Headquarters in San Francisco, CA.

- $65,000-70,000 base and $95,000-100,000 USD OTE, based on experience equity benefits
