What Will You Do?
- Performs general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving product
- Works with leads, coordinators, painter and warehouse dept.
- Reports equipment malfunction and other issues affecting department
- Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move product to and from boxing to warehouse
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures under a manufacturing setting
- Work involves frequent lifting and working with fiberglass in a manufacturing setting
- Comply with all CHART policies and procedures
- Maintains good housekeeping and organization throughout the department
- Ensure all products have proper identification
- Use of power tools and Bondo filler to work on touch ups as needed
- Balancing blade product per engineering specifications
- Performs other tasks as assigned
- Keep up with production demand to maintain minimum stock levels of product
- Walking, Standing, Use of hands, Bending, Lifting, Sitting, Etc.
- Indoor working conditions
- Lifting of materials and product as up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- PPE must be worn at all times
- Able to work overtime as required
High School Education or Equivalent
