Retail Sales - Full-Time - Fun, Downtown Boutique

Charmed is a fun and lively downtown ladies fashion & accessory boutique looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate/Key Holder with sales experience and dynamic customer service skills.

ABOUT THE JOB:

The primary responsibilities of Sales Associate/Key Holder within our boutiques consist of:

• Greeting & assisting guests with the exemplary customer service we're known for
• Proficiency of product knowledge, with the ability to convert that understanding into effective merchandising and reaching sales goals
• Maintaining consistent cleanliness of boutique and organization of displays
• Opening or closing of store and handling basic, day-to-day operations with limited supervision
• Primary days for this position are: Wednesday through Sunday

The ideal qualifications for this position are:

• Experience in retail sales, including upselling and product demonstrations
• Ability to effectively use POS systems and cash registers
• Excellent communication skills and a 'can-do', customer-focused attitude

ABOUT THE PAY:

• Starting pay for this position is $15 / hr base hourly pay additional monthly sales bonus.
• This position also includes paid training with 30-day review, paid vacation & holidays, discounts on merchandise and a consistent, convenient schedule.
