This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities include evaluating and diagnosing speech and language disorders, developing and implementing therapy plans, and working collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals. The Speech Language Pathologist will provide direct therapeutic services and monitor progress to ensure children achieve meaningful communication, speech, and language skills. Maintaining accurate documentation and participating in team meetings to support each child's development will be integral tasks.
- Strong skills in evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders
- Experience in designing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Ability to engage and work collaboratively with children, parents, and educators
- Proficiency in maintaining thorough and accurate documentation
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Maryland
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred but not required
