Reporting to: Creative Services Director, North AmericaThe Role Overview: We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in print design and technical print production to join our dynamic in-house regional team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and a proven track record in event design, promo packaging, merchandise design, and print campaign collateral.In this role, you’ll work on both conceptual and production design projects, requiring a strong grasp of design fundamentals, typography, and layout. Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and a thorough understanding of technical print production standards are essential. Attention to detail is critical. You should be able to interpret briefs, stay highly organized, and manage projects independently from concept through completion. The workload is approximately 70% production and 30% conceptual/ideation.This is a regional design role focused on adapting and localizing creative assets provided by our global team. You’ll tailor designs for in-region use and ensure they resonate with local audiences. In addition, you’ll create original artwork for regional brand marketing campaigns, partnerships, activations, in store events, PR events, and promotions with guidance from the global team. We’re looking for someone with deep expertise in print design, complemented by experience in digital, who can confidently present ideas and stay ahead of current design trends.Key Responsibilities:Design development, and production of all print projectsDevelop project conception through to completion in partnership with the Digital Designer and the guidance of the Creative Services Director.Create mockups for events, activations, kits, and boxesCollaborate with the digital designer to create presentations that showcases your design ideation, creative strategy, and how it helps achieve the goals of the 360 campaign.Work and communicate directly with internal departments (Marketing, events, PR, Education teams)Collaborate with global creative team as neededAbility to identify, follow, and ensure that all designs align with global brand guidelines including copy, pricing, ect.Manage production and communications with our print vendors.Continue developing design and strategic skillsManage production artwork and agency/ vendor relations on all events and activations (pr & influencers events, consumer activations, partnerships, brand takeovers, and more)Collect all images from events and IRL artwork for team portfolio.Manage regional merch design like tote bags and makeup accessories. Have a knowledge of textile materials and finishes.
