- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing talent and driving team performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to exceed sales targets.
- A passion for the beauty industry and up-to-date knowledge of makeup trends and products.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
