Requirements

- Deliver outstanding customer service, making every customer feel beautiful and valued
- Demonstrate and apply products to customers, ensuring they leave with a memorable and engaging experience
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team
- Stay informed about new product launches and engage with customers about beauty trends and tips
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and energetic store atmosphere
- Previous experience in beauty retail or as a makeup artist is preferred
- Strong passion for the beauty industry, particularly for the Charlotte Tilbury brand
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
