What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Nanny in Villa Heights for a Three Month Old Baby Boy position at Charlotte's Best Nanny Agency?
Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in the Villa Heights neighborhood of Charlotte in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their son, who will be three months old when the nanny starts. The nanny would be needed three days a week, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, from 7:30 am - 6:30 pm., for 33 hours a week. Nanny should be open to working two weekend days per month, with the understanding that the nanny would have the prior Tuesday off and the Tuesday off after the scheduled weekend.
The best nanny for this family would be kind, warm, and patient, with a genuine love for infant care. Punctuality and reliability are important, but the family's biggest priority is the health and safety of their son. They are looking for a nanny with hands-on experience caring for infants throughout the first year of life, someone comfortable with the daily rhythms of newborn and baby care. Responsibilities include the daily care of their son. Keeping him on his established schedule and routines, bottle-feeding breast milk with proper handling and warming, sterilizing bottles and toys, and supporting his development through tummy time and age-appropriate toys. The nursery is located on the second floor. Their son enjoys neighborhood walks and looking at contrast books, and the family would like their nanny to engage him in developmentally appropriate activities as he grows, adapting activities to match each new stage.
Nanny Responsibilities Include:
Meeting daily scheduling needs of the child (Feeding, Changing, Napping)
Engaging with the child on an age-appropriate level
Playing with the child both inside and outside the home
Doing hands-on learning activities with the child
Household Duties Include (Child is first priority):

Wiping down the counters
Sanitizing bottles
Restocking diapers/wipes
Taking out the diaper pail trash as needed
Pets: The family has two dogs, a 6-year-old medium-sized dog, and a 4-year-old shepherd mix. Both dogs are e-collar and crate trained. They both love people, but take a few greetings to get used to new people. The nanny should be comfortable with dogs. The family would like the nanny to feel comfortable intermittently letting them out in the fenced-in front yard to go potty as needed.
