Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Hybrid work schedule with some remote work and in person meetings

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of Concierge CIS/Mammography scheduling, including but not limited to scheduling via outbound and inbound calls, as well as processing order requests.
- Coordinate with the Manager and Co-Supervisor to ensure efficient workflow and optimal allocation of resources across all scheduling functions.
- Collaborate with the Manager and Co-Supervisor to develop, implement, and support departmental goals and objectives.
- Participate in training and development of new employees to ensure consistent onboarding and process adherence.
- Provide leadership, direction, and coordination of staff within the designated area(s) of responsibility, including contributing to performance appraisals and coaching team members as needed.
- Address and resolve internal and external customer and patient concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with coverage for all scheduling areas within CR as needed.
- Partner with the Co-Supervisor to become familiar with and help oversee pricing, registration, and authorization processes.
- Collaborate regularly with referring physician groups and review of requested data points
- Submit SNOW tickets as needed for Epic-related issues or requests, and maintain updated departmental tip sheets to reflect current processes.
- Remain informed on scheduling workflows and system updates to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Licensing/Certification:
- High School Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Supervisory experience, 1-2 years
- Medical front office preferred
- Understanding of medical reports and medical terminology
- Demonstrates knowledge of Radiology procedures and clinical PACS processes
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of computers and databases
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
