POSITION SUMMARY: Oversees and directs all daily operations of CIS within specified modality. The Clinical Manager is responsible for managing staff and imaging equipment. They promote excellent services for our internal and external customers. Manages all CIS imaging departments staffing (within modality), clinical protocols, and quality assurance (QA).

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall operations, leadership, direction and coordination of employees and activities within the designated area(s) of responsibility
- Oversees and performs employee-focused management functions related to hiring, on-boarding/orientation, coaching/development, staffing, work assignments, employee relations, and performance management as guided by company policy and procedures
- Participates, collaborates, and actively engages in meetings to achieve goals and mutually beneficial outcomes
- Proactively communicates with staff and keeps them informed on a regular basis or as needed. Conducts regular staff meetings to disseminate important information relevant to their roles or the company. Encourages discussion so that employee feedback and any concerns needing clarification or resolution are addressed
- Develops, updates, and effectively utilizes department, service line, or company policies, as needed
- Assumes other duties as assigned by department leadership
- Performs radiology exams in accordance to all ARRT, and ACR standards
Education/Licensing/Certification:
- Associate Degree/Junior College in Radiologic Technology
- ARRT, BLS Certification
- ARRT advanced modality certification preferred (US)
- 3-5 years’ experience with radiology modalities
- Supervisory experience a plus
- 50 - 75%
