POSITION LOCATION: Concord, North Carolina
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Charlotte Motor Speedway is seeking a Consumer Sales Associate. This is a part-time, IN-PERSON position that will be scheduled for up to 30 hours per week. Must be flexible to work day, night, and weekend shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for generating revenue through ticket sales, camping, and value added up-sales via phone, email, and in-person.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily touchpoint goal with a heavy emphasis on Outbound Calls.
- Outbound Calls of 50 per day; Touchpoints of 80 per day.
- Renew, upgrade, and sell new tickets for NASCAR, NHRA, and World of Outlaws World Finals events.
- Build relationships with new and returning fans to provide ticketing, camping, and upgrade packages that best fit each customer’s individual needs.
- Play an integral role in the Consumer Sales team’s revenue goals.
- Represent Charlotte Motor Speedway with professionalism and enthusiasm at Events onsite & offsite.
- Maintain list of consumers and prospects within our CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with other assigned event responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
- Be an enthusiastic team player, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Position requires ability to work nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in basic computer software programs (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Zoom); experience with Ticketmaster Archtics a plus.
