Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Charlotte, NC. The Salesperson will greet and engage walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate golf carts or commercial small-wheel vehicles. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, explaining features and financing options, preparing quotes, and guiding customers through the sales process from first contact to final delivery. The role also involves maintaining the showroom and lot, following up on leads by phone and email, coordinating with service and parts teams, and accurately updating sales records in the dealership’s systems. The Salesperson will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets while providing a positive, consultative customer experience.

Qualifications
- Proven sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills, ideally in automotive, powersports, or equipment sales.
- Ability to explain technical features and benefits in clear, accessible language, with strong active listening and consultative selling skills.
- Comfort using basic digital tools and dealership systems (CRM, email, spreadsheets) to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail to manage multiple customers, test drives, and paperwork efficiently.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity, with a commitment to providing inclusive, respectful service to all customers.
- Willingness to learn product lines (EZGO, CUSHMAN, street-legal and commercial vehicles) and stay current on inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Ability to work on-site, including weekends or extended hours as needed to support showroom operations.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; prior experience operating golf carts or similar vehicles is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or business is an advantage.
