Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Driver role based in Charlotte, NC. The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading golf carts and small-wheel vehicles to and from customer locations, events, and commercial sites. Daily tasks include inspecting vehicles and equipment before transport, securing loads, following scheduled delivery routes, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. The role also involves interacting with customers at delivery and pickup, explaining basic vehicle features, and coordinating with the sales and service teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The Delivery Driver is expected to keep vehicles and equipment clean and organized, follow all safety and traffic regulations, and assist in the store or shop as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups, ensuring a positive experience.
- Ability to support Sales and Service efforts by representing the brand professionally, answering basic product questions, and communicating customer needs to the sales team.
- Training experience or willingness to learn how to provide basic operational guidance to customers receiving golf carts or commercial vehicles.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving trucks or trailers preferred.
