Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Bridal Consultant located in Port Charlotte, FL. The Bridal Consultant will assist clients in selecting wedding gowns and accessories, provide exceptional customer service, and offer styling advice tailored to the client’s preferences. Additional responsibilities include assisting in all shop functions, menswear, mothers, evening gowns and prom, managing retail sales, maintaining product displays, and fostering a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to create positive client experiences
- Experience in Retail Sales and Sales is a plus, but not required
- Styling skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to advise clients on gown selection and accessories
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor
- Saturdays are required as this is peak day for clients
- Prior experience in the bridal or fashion industry is beneficial but not mandatory
