We are the official apartment locating partner of the Charlotte Hornets and Charlotte Checkers, and we work closely with some of the most recognized brands in the region, including CLT Bucket List.
Our agents operate with proven systems, strong inbound lead flow, and exclusive commission opportunities through partnerships with major operators like Greystar. As we continue to scale rapidly across Charlotte, we’re looking for ambitious, service-driven individuals who want to build a real career in real estate with a high-growth team.
💼 What You’ll Do
As an Apartment Locator, you’ll run your own book of business inside a proven, high-performance framework. This is not a cold desk. We provide real leads, training, and systems so you can focus on closing and building income quickly.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Guiding renters through the search process from first call to move-in
- Accompanying prospects on apartment tours (Tour are led by on-site staff)
- Following up with leads via phone, text, and email (speed matters)
- Matching clients with the right properties based on lifestyle, budget, and priorities
- Managing your pipeline through our custom-built CRM
- Attending weekly team trainings and meetings (Mondays at 11AM)
- Optionally participating in video tours and social content (highly effective for growth)
This is a 1099 commission-only role.
Training includes:
- 5 days of in-person onboarding (Monday–Friday) at our Charlotte office
- A required additional week of in-office, supported ramp-up
- Continued coaching and training as needed
After your first two weeks, you’ll have flexibility in where you work, but you must be based in Charlotte. Agents who spend consistent time in the office tend to ramp faster, close more deals, and grow long-term.

This role is ideal for ambitious, self-driven people who want real sales experience, real estate exposure, and uncapped upside.
- Average first-year earnings: $50K
- Top performers: $80K
- Elite performers: $150K
- Performance bonuses and growth incentives available
No license required to start. We’ll support you in getting licensed within 60 days.
