As our RV Service Technician, you spend your day getting hands-on with projects that truly make a difference for our customers. You start by reviewing your job list, then dive into diagnosing mechanical issues, fixing electrical systems, and performing safety inspections. You take pride in your craftsmanship, whether it's routine maintenance, installing a new appliance, or solving a tricky HVAC problem. Between tasks, you collaborate with your teammates, share insights, and make sure every RV leaves the shop ready for the road.
If you feel like you'll thrive as our RV Service Technician, here's what you need:
- 1-5 years of experience in RV repair or a similar role
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various RV systems, including air brakes, shocks, and struts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
