Essential Duties and Responsibities
- Operate forklift
- Receive and check incoming products
- Properly identify product and ensure quality of product
- Offload trucks using equipment such as forklift or pallet jack
- Store product in assigned slot
- Conduct replenishments and put-aways
- Cycle product based on date (FIFO)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety regulations, follow company safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Minimum Qualifications:
- Communication skills and detail oriented.
- Must have basic math comprehension skills.
- Must be safety minded.
- Must be able to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.
- Must comply with Physical Demands of Forklift Operator-see below.
- Ability to work on your own with a detailed list of tasks to accomplish during shift.
- Standup or Sit-down forklift experience.
