Responsibilities

• Meet and consult with new prospective customers.

• Demonstrate and explain features and benefits effectively.

• Maintain an industry standard certification level.

• Prepare, collect, and secure proper documentation for customer files.

• Maintain long lasting, quality relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

• No experience required, but prior or current customer service experience is beneficial.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate fluently.

• Basic computer skills.

• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve.

• Enjoy working in a dynamic and evolving environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with co-workers.

• Ability to learn new technology and retain best practices for our business.

• Understand and follow process'.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation to work, and clean driving record.
